 A five-year warranty, extendable for a further five years, covering ten years of your life

Our vision of luxury is to offer our customers an extremely high-quality product that meets all reliability criteria. This is of course backed by the quality of the after-sales service we are determined to offer.

From this perspective, the requirement of durability is central to our brand. It is present from the first sketches when designing a new calibre. The components must therefore be resistant to shocks, wear and tear, as well as easily accessible for optimal maintenance.

Confident of the quality of our products, we offer our customers a five-year warranty on their KF watch. This guarantee covers any material or manufacturing defects that the product may encounter. We also extend this period, for an additional five years, if customers entrust us with their watch for a maintenance service before the end of the first five years of the initial warranty. If this step is taken, the warranty thus covers a full ten-year period. Above and beyond the product guarantee, if the customer returns the watch to us for a maintenance service, such after-sales service is covered by a five-year guarantee.*

*Consumables and defects due to inappropriate use are nonetheless excluded from our guarantee.

Either hand your watch into us directly or send it, along with its certificate of origin, to the following address :
